This special class begins with 30 minutes of gentle Coherent Breathing to settle the nervous system, balance the breath, and create a steady internal rhythm. We then move into a spacious 60‑minute Yoga Nidra practice, inviting participants to recline comfortably and be guided through body sensing, breath awareness, and inner visualization. No movement is required—just rest, receiving, and softening.
