Bliss Yoga & Wellness was created out of a desire for something simpler and more supportive.
After years of teaching, it became clear that many people weren’t looking for the hardest workout or the most advanced poses—they were looking for a place where they felt comfortable, cared for, and confident in their movement. A space where yoga felt approachable, and where strength, mobility, and rest could exist together.
