  • All memberships include access to Bliss Yoga & Wellness group classes, designed to support strength, mobility, and nervous system balance through consistent movement.

  • Yes. We understand that your schedule, goals, and season of life can change.

    You’re always welcome to upgrade your membership if you find yourself wanting more classes or additional flexibility. Upgrades can be made at any time and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

    If you need to adjust or change your plan, just reach out β€” we’re happy to talk through your options and help you choose what best supports you. Our goal is to make your membership feel supportive, not restrictive.

    Please note: commitment terms apply, and any plan changes are handled in accordance with your membership agreement.

  • Yes. We regularly introduce new classes, workshops, and special events throughout the year.

    Our schedule evolves with the seasons and the needs of our community, offering a mix of weekly classes, limited-time series, and special workshops designed to support strength, mobility, rest, and long-term wellness.

    We love keeping things fresh while staying grounded in what supports sustainable, feel-good movement.

  • Memberships include a 3-month or 12-month commitment, depending on the plan you choose.

    You may request to cancel after your commitment period has been fulfilled. Once a cancellation request is submitted, your membership will be billed one final time, and you’ll continue to have access through that last billing cycle.
