I would highly recommend going to Bliss yoga! Emily is so warm and welcoming and gives really great tips to make sure every movement is comfortable. I had never tried yoga before and have gone consistently for a whole month and can already see the improvements with my balance and my stress levels are so much lower and I always leave feeling so relaxed. If you've been on the fence, I would definitely recommend trying it out! It's very affordable too!
