This special recovery workshop is offered as a community gathering of care and support.
All proceeds from this class will be donated directly to help Heather Keicher and her family as she bravely battles breast cancer and navigates ongoing medical expenses.
This experience will focus on gentle myofascial release, supported movement, and deep rest offering space to soften, release, and simply be together.
During this workshop, you can expect:
Slow, accessible myofascial release using props
Gentle, grounding movement to ease tension
Guided rest to support the nervous system
This is not a workout.
No experience is required.
Everything is optional and adaptable.
We’ll close with a moment of quiet intention holding space for healing, strength, and love.

This Spring Sound Bath is a deeply calming, full-body listening experience designed to help you slow down, release lingering tension, and reset before stepping into a more active season.
You’ll be guided into stillness as healing sound waves from crystal bowls and instruments move through the body, helping to:
